Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel your ride more than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund.

50% Fare Charge: Cancellations made between 1 to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a charge of 50% of the total fare.

Full Fare Charge: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full fare.
